Michelle Clemons is an awesome realtor that went out of her way to show us houses in the Joplin area. We traveled from out of state to look at the houses and she was great at clearing her schedule to accommodate our few days of being available. Upon dealing with a difficult seller, the house sale fell through. We then asked Michelle to look at another house but were not available to go with her. She was going to show it to us virtually, but my brother was able to go with her and view the house. We eventually bid on the house and bought it. It was a seamless process and she helped us even after the sell when we found the seller had taken the thermostat off of the house. Very much recommended for looking and buying a house. Michelle went above and beyond with her customer service and responsiveness. Since I was an out of town buyer she would send me videos of each property which was very helpful. She even discovered a mistake in a homes square footage listing before we made an offer. I would highly recommend her and plan on using Michelle again!
Michelle was God sent. We were in a bad situation with the realtor that we were using at the time we were selling our home. We had not yet found a home, or homes would fall through with other realtors. When Michelle stepped into our lives, everything changed. She knew what we were looking for and knew we were on the boarder line of being homeless from selling our home. We were living in a camper. Something had to happen and soon. She met with us darn near every day and evening. Even on Father's Day. That was the day we found the home we have now. And we do still love this home.

Michelle was extremely helpful during our home-buying process. We contacted her and explained that we were thinking of moving to the Carthage area, but we weren't sure. We came out and Michelle gave us her time and showed us numerous homes without knowing if we would even follow through. We did end up moving to Carthage, MO, later, and Michelle helped us through the entire process. She even attended our walk-through for us when we couldn't be there.
